    If the cast in-situ slab is casted, it will act as a diaphragm to the PT slab restraining it from shrinking / expansion and therefore, cracks might occur due to this restrain. However, in some cases where the cast in-situ slab is relatively smaller than the PT in terms of its area, then it can be casted before the PT as the effect of its restrain is comparatively small.
